Food can be inconsistent, the Mein Noodle bar is not of the quality you would expect from an authentic experience.
For those that are used to AC or Las Vegas, the property is a disappointment. One of the original racetracks converted to a casino and one of thirteen licensed casinos in the State of PA. If you looking for a few days of gambling and entertainment, go to Atlantic City. No hotel (and I wouldn’t stay here anyway) So, if you are in Phili and want an afternoon or evening of gambling, this is a good place to go (especially if you are a Caesar’s total rewards member). No free drinks or anything else when you play. I bet Caesar’s got a good deal for locating there. However, if you are OK with driving past it, it is not too much of an issue. The Bad: Although it is nice that it not far off of I-95, it is in a bad neighborhood. They have an expensive restaurant that we didn’t even look in. Good Phili cheese steaks, Krispy Kreeme, etc. They have incentives like high hand, etc.
It has a race track! They have harness racing. Otherwise, it would not likely be my first choice. That is why I choose it over other PA or Delaware casinos.
The nice thing is that as a Caesar’s property, I get and can use my total rewards points. Have been to this Casino about six times.
